@Angr: I'm lost. This word seems to be using the same suffix as Category:Ancient Greek words suffixed with -θεν. But for some of these, the LSJ doesn't mention any form without nu (I agree this is not necessarily a relevant κριτήριον), which makes me think it was actually part of the suffix, and not a movable nu. Or maybe it's simply that what was originally a movable nu was analogically generalised to all phonetic contexts? --Barytonesis (talk) 12:57, 18 June 2017 (UTC)
