There is no English word "chakhokhbili". This often happens with food but can happen with any word really. In such cases you have to define what the word is. For a food you briefly list the origin, main ingredients, cooking style, and possibly major variations, etc - much like would be in the first paragraph of a Wikipedia article. — hippietrail (talk) 05:34, 24 April 2012 (UTC)
