No, it shouldn't. According to Stephen, the only language that uses this character is the Kannada language, which is why he added it as a letter of the Kannada alphabet. Cheers, Razorflame 14:15, 14 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
He might be mistaken. I know for one we have several Tulu entries in Kannada script (see Category:Tulu nouns). -- Prince Kassad
