Spelling actually used by anyone?

I've never seen this spelling before (standard would be ਜਥੇਦਾਰ), is it used by anyone? The user who created this page is apparently known for recklessly making pages so I wouldn't be surprised if this was a mistake of some kind but I also don't read a lot of current Gurmukhi, mostly just prayers and texting family, so I don't want to delete a spelling that people do actually use even if it's not in most dictionaries.
