I am only marginally literate in Devanagari but this looks like a conjunct, and it's less accurate and weird to call it a diacritic. The article seems to contradict itself too, saying it's "long syllabic l̄" in one place, and "VOCALIC LL" in another. I feel like more info would be useful, and an explanation for these ostensible contradictions. --Keithonearth (talk) 08:14, 19 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
