@AryamanA No reliable dictionary mentions it. Check here (in the subtitle प्लीज़ and सॉरी ) for more explanation.

@शब्दशोधक, Bhagadatta, Atitarev: I am quite certain that these words pass WT:CFI. Dictionaries are not the only basis for inclusion, getting examples of usage is sufficient as well and these entries easily meet those requirements. I don't think they should be deleted.

I understand your ideological opposition (even I try to limit English borrowings in my Hindi when I can) but we're ultimately a descriptivist dictionary, so we describe language as it is not as we think it should be. However, I do think that adding entries for more English borrowings should not be a priority for Hindi editors here, since the native Hindi entries are not well covered as is. —Aryaman^{A (मुझसे बात करें • योगदान)} 18:26, 6 November 2020 (UTC)

User:शब्दशोधक [śabdaśodhak], User:AryamanA: I didn't expect śabdaśodhak to withdraw the RFD nomination so quickly but thank you. It's hard to argue with the reality that many urban Hindi speakers add much more English words into their daily speech than they have to. Finding them in print only confirms that reality. Loanwords don't make languages impure, they enhance them and some cases make them more accessible to outsiders (or may turn off purists). Of course, native words or words borrowed long ago should be encouraged, there's still many basic words in all parts of speech that are still missing.

(I have transliterated the शब्दशोधक's user name, since user names in foreign scripts are usually not understood or memorised by the majority of English Wiktionary contributors.
