@AryamanA The CDIAL entry suggests the Sanskrit etymon is इत्थम् (इत्था, इत्थात्) and the Prakrit etymon 𑀏𑀢𑁆𑀣 (ettha). Woolner §70 (page 27) has "i becomes ĕ before a double consonant: ĕtthā = itthā". So should the etymology be changed to this? Kutchkutch (talk) 09:36, 1 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
