- The anon who entered it said this at the time: "نقطة مزدوجة, تستخدم قبل سرد فانقاط التفصيلية (:)". I don’t know where this is used either, but it’s understandable. I would have said نقطتان. —Stephen 09:38, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
- Yes, نقطتان is used especially by those who don't know the more correct term شارحة. Or when one expects that the listener doesn't know it. Hakeem.gadi 10:46, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
