Re: etymology, I don't know of any Hebrew words with this meaning. The Jewish tribes of ancient Yathrib/Medina spoke Arabic as their native language, so there's no reason to assume that any specific word in their dialect is of Hebrew origin. Isaacmayer9 (talk) 05:46, 7 June 2020 (UTC)
