Your Hebrew transliterations are wrong. For example, הקים you transliterate as HEIKIM. This is the Ashkenazi, not Sephardi & Israeli accent. It is customary to follow the Sephardi accent in transliterations, unless one wants to specifically render Ashkenazi reading. According to the rules set up by the Hebrew language Academy the verb should have been transliterated HEQIM. So, ק should be rendered by Q There are NO diphthongs in the Sephardi Hebrew, so no EI, just E or é.
