Changed description of noun to proper noun
[edit]There was a note reading "Grammatically, this seems to be just the plural of איתן in the sense of continuously flowing water. I'm not sure whether it should be a noun, proper noun, or noun form." I've removed this, because when used as a month this word is exclusively used as a pluralia tantum proper noun. The origin of the word as a plural of איתן is — I believe — a matter of etymology, not noun form. Isaacmayer9 (talk) 12:02, 26 December 2024 (UTC)
- Oh, also I forgot to mention, I un-bolded the word eitanei and its translation "mighty ones" from the quote, because that is a pun/post-facto explanation of the name, not a citation of the name itself. That would fit as bolded under the adjectival definition, not the proper noun. Isaacmayer9 (talk) 12:05, 26 December 2024 (UTC)
