@Benwing2 Hi. One thing that's missing since verb conjugations have moved to use modules is semi-predictable verbal nouns with -ние (or -нье) suffix. It requires substantial work but it's maybe something you might be interested in providing separately, outside the tables. In this case it's тасова́ние (tasovánije). --Anatoli T. @Atitarev Hmmm. I know the general rules for generating such verbal nouns but I imagine not all verbs can have verbal nouns formed this way. In some cases I'm pretty sure that possible but somewhat uncommon verbal nouns of this sort aren't found in Zaliznyak. The only way I can think of to automate this is to see if the word of the right form exists in ruwikt and hope that if so, it's a verbal noun. Some of the time the ruwikt defn says "действие по значению гл. VERB", e.g. ru:подтягивание. Benwing2 (talk) 01:30, 25 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
This type of definitions is not so bad in some or many cases. When I made чеса́ние (česánije) (because it's used in backscratcher) I thought of simply using some template to link it to чеса́ть (česátʹ), rather than providing a definition. --Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 01:36, 25 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
I have to think, which verbs don't have verbal nouns or can't be predicted. My first guess is - all imperfective non-reflexive verbs have verbal nouns but I may be wrong. The rules for forming them is another story. --Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 01:39, 25 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
