Is there a difference between a "medical examiner" and a "legal medical expert" or a "forensic medical expert"?  I would say that there is, but I want some input befor I haul off and change the definition.  While medical examiners are involved in the day-to-day medical requests of a law-enforcement jurisdiction, medical experts may or may not be.  They are, though, experts in their field and testify as expert witnesses in trials upon request. — V-ball 00:51, 1 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

—Stephen (Talk) 01:15, 1 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
