It's a common colloquial form. Some dictionaries treat them equally. To me personally, "недоуме́нный" sounds either dated or rare, as if dictionaries are behind the real life usage. --Anatoli T. ^{(обсудить}/^вклад) 11:05, 7 April 2016 (UTC)
