куре́й

@Atitarev What to do with the gen. pl. and acc. pl. куре́й (kuréj) (which I have heard often as collective for chicken and can be found often on the web, also for Ukrainian)? Is it a kind of error, or non-standard form for the gen. and acc. pl. of ку́рица (kúrica), or does it even belong to the кур (kur, “chicken”)? Fay Freak (talk) 15:33, 30 August 2018 (UTC)

@Fay Freak: You can do like this but куре́й (kuréj) is proscribed, very non-standard:
