IMO, yes. But the reduction of "э" is probably less documented than of other vowels. Besides, some people will tend to avoid reduction of loanwords, which are less adopted, especially in a slow, articulate speech. --Anatoli T. ^{(обсудить}/^вклад) 09:30, 13 May 2017 (UTC)

@Benwing2 I was hoping to find some example video but instead found that many people mispronounce the word and stress the first syllable. The 2nd syllable is either unreduced or lightly reduced.
