1. Is the meaning "roadblock" correct? I'm trying to sort out defns 1 and 2 in ruwikt:
   1. спец. пост управления блокировочными устройствами на определённых участках железных дорог и автомобильных трасс
   2. здание, помещение, где располагается такой пост
2. Is this declined as 1a (блокпо́ста), as Zaliznyak says, or 1b (блокпоста́), as ruwikt says?
