Inflection

I have separately found Фейсови (Fejsovi), Фейсовей (Fejsovej) and Фейсова (Fejsova) used on Ruske Slovo and I have no clue where to put which; problem is Фейсова (Fejsova) is not actually the feminine equivalent as there exist Rusyn women with just the Фейса (Fejsa) surname. I have no clue how they inflect at all. Well, I can assume Фейсовей (Fejsovej) is the genitive etc. of Фейсова (Fejsova), but what is Фейсова (Fejsova) relative to Фейса (Fejsa)??
