re the RFP

If this is anglicised the way other click-containing language names are anglicised (namely by first dropping the clicks and then using the English phonemes that are closest to what's left), I'd expect something like /kaʊ.ɛn/, /kaʊ.ɪn/, /kaʊ.aɪn/. - -sche (discuss) 08:19, 24 December 2013 (UTC)
