This is missing an accent above the second 'a'. This surname is always spelt 'Ó Catháin' and as such the title page is incorrect. Note: the word 'Cathain' means When, whereas 'Cathán' may, as the article states, mean 'battler' but most likely means small battle - 'Cath' = battle, 'án' = a diminutive suffix like 'ín' and 'óg' .
