Steinborn squat (plural Steinborn squats)

  1. A form of sideways squat exercise in which the athlete stands the barbell perpendicular to the ground and, positioned beneath it, pulls the barbell like a lever down across the upper back, then stands the weight up, performs squats, and returns the barbell to the floor in reverse fashion.
