Can someone explain PIE *bh > PGmc *p??

How is it possible for the PIE voiced aspirate *bh > PGmc *p? Grimm would have turned it into a *b, not a *p... Can someone please explain why they think this root is related to Gk στρεφω?? Is this cited in any etymological dictionary anywhere? (I'd be shocked if it were because there's zero possibility of a PIE voiced aspirate becoming a voiceless non-aspirate in PGmc...)
