Cognate or loan?

Is the Swedish snäcka loaned from German (or Low German)? Someone who knows for sure should add it, in that case. I strongly suspect this is the case, but I will not add it myself without confirmation. Skomakar'n (talk) 13:13, 2 November 2012 (UTC)

I checked with Svensk etymologisk ordbok and it says that it is from German, so I've added it. —CodeCat 13:29, 2 November 2012 (UTC)
