Final vowel

This seems to be one of the cases where Lehtiranta tries to reconstruct a common root underlying a bunch of parallel derivatives. Most reflexes given by him point to *ručmës (such as Lule Sami rusjmas, Northern Sami rušmmas); he also lists Southern Sami rüdjmie which also suggests *-ē. I guess we should list both variants. I can't see any reflexes requiring plain *-ë.
