Someone needs to add locative/instrumental/ablative/etc cases for dual in the inflection templates. In this particular case, the Slavic *meďu (in between) < *medʰyou descends exactly from the dual locative and it is not shown anywhere. People with no knowledge on Slavic will probably remain confused what's the deal with this form (despite that it's quite easily explained if dual locative was present).
