- I based it on this page *dʰugh₂tḗr which stated an earlier *θύγατηρ (= thúgatēr) based on Homeric θύγατρα. Perhaps there was no source for this? Kwékwlos (talk) 10:37, 30 May 2019 (UTC)
- That form appears to be attested, so I suppose it's legitimate to reconstruct it for Proto-Hellenic as well. —Rua (mew) 14:26, 30 May 2019 (UTC)
