Nice reconstruction. The name of the Gepids' island at the mouth of the Vistula river, "Gepedoius", is transparent: *Gibidǫ̂ awjō, "Island of the Gepids". The recorded -ius ending could be accounted for as a plural, the 'Islands of the Gepids,' *Gibidǫ̂ awjôz.

Given how much the estuary of the Vistula has changed over the last 2000 years, I doubt whether an actual modern island can be identified.
