English "William" is shown here as both a loan from Old High German „Willahelm” and a loan from Old French «Willame». I guess possibilities include

1. it was a loan from one under the influence of the other
2. there's a dispute about derivation
3. it was loaned multiple times, arriving at the same final form by coincidence (cf. Finnish which was loaned multiple times, resulting in multiple final forms)
4. the entry is just a victim of careless editing

Fixed. No idea why it was listed as a borrowing directly from German.
