The -er in Weser

[edit]

May I point out that User:Burgundaz proposes a PGmc *Wisuriz, which accounts for the -er in Weser, deriving it from PIE *Weys-r̥, obl. *Wis-n̥é- < PIE *weys 'to flow'.
