Thracian
[edit]Etymology
[edit]From *rasku (“fast, agile”) + *poris (“boy, son”), thus meaning the "swift son" or "son of the swift". Or, due to *rasku being a possible epithet of the Thracian horseman-god, another possibly meaning might be "son of the horseman-god".[1][2]
