Reconstruction:Proto-Uralic/mërja
Appearance
Proto-Uralic
[edit]Reconstruction
[edit]*ë can be reconstructed on the basis of Mari (Aikio 2014), though no confirmation from more eastern languages is available. Rédei (1988) mentions uncertain reflexes from the Ob-Ugric languages, possibly better derived from *mura (whence Proto-Finnic *mura-).
Noun
