About the original version of the module

[edit]

User:Numberguy6, just to clarify, I originally intended the module to generate a phonemic transcription (thus /tn/ not [tn̥], no long vowels, etc.) because phonemic transcriptions on Wiktionary incorrectly mark phonetic features as phonemic. It wasn't ready and I wanted it to have both phonemic and phonetic transcriptions but didn't have motivation or knowledge to finish it, so I didn't put it in a template. I would have recommended waiting on putting it in a template, and marking it as phonetic, because it doesn't have vowel length yet and doesn't pass the testcases. However, I wish you the best with it. — Eru·tuon 08:22, 7 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
