Phonetic spelling:

t = ত, th = থ, d = দ, dh = ধ, n = ন, z/j = জ, x = স, r = ৰ, y = য়/য (I prefer য), s = চ, ri (ঋ) = ৰি, oi = ঐ (initially or after a vowel which isn't the inherent vowel), ou = ঔ (initially or after a vowel w....),

I'm not sure if we should use ৎ and ং for ত্ and ঙ্ respectively.

I think we can use ঃ for final "o", like koribo = কৰিবঃ Msasag (talk)
