Arabic contextual forms and ligatures

Attempt to create pages in the "Citations talk" namespace
[edit]Add the following to the title blacklist to prevent pages in the "Citations talk" namespace from being created:
# Prevent creation of pages in the Citations talk namespace (and direct users to the correct talk page to discuss citations) Citations talk:.* <errmsg=Titleblacklist-cites-talk>
And create a custom message at MediaWiki:Titleblacklist-cites-talk like the one in MediaWiki:Abusefilter-warning-cites-talk:

- @Eyesnore: Good idea. Added the suggested entry (with editing of the comment), moved MediaWiki:Abusefilter-warning-cites-talk to MediaWiki:Titleblacklist-citations-talk, and disabled Special:AbuseFilter/17 as it's no longer needed. — Eru·tuon 04:41, 17 August 2020 (UTC)
