Compound of M(エム) (emu, first letter of English middle or Japanese ()(なか) (mannaka, middle; center)) + J(ジェー)K(ケー) (jēkē, female high school student). It was widely used with F(エフ)J(ジェー)K(ケー) (efujēkē) and L(エル)J(ジェー)K(ケー) (erujēkē) after broadcasting of Bay Storm by Kazunari Ninomiya.
