[edit]Etymology
[edit]Partial calque of Mandarin 遼寧青銅文化 / 辽宁青铜文化 (Liáoníng qīngtóng wénhuà), from 遼寧 / 辽宁 (Liáoníng, “Liaoning”) + 青銅 / 青铜 (qīngtóng, “bronze”) + 文化 (wénhuà, “culture”), with Liaoning being the location of the type site, and the fact that the culture is characterised by its manufacture of bronze daggers. By surface analysis, Liaoning + bronze + dagger + culture.
