Kalawao County

  1. One of 5 counties in Hawaii, United States. It is located on the island of Molokai, and is the smallest and perhaps most unusual county in the United States. There is no county seat or government, and it is administered by the Hawaii Department of Health. The only residents are leprosy sufferers.
