Etymology
[edit]After German chemist Fritz Haber (1868–1934), who, along with Carl Bosch (1874–1940), developed the process in the first decade of the 20th century.

[edit]- (inorganic chemistry) The nitrogen-fixation reaction of nitrogen gas and hydrogen gas, over an enriched iron or ruthenium catalyst, used industrially to produce ammonia.
