Etymology

From Japanese ごはん (gohan, cooked rice). Named after the character Son Gohan of Dragon Ball. There's two characters named Gohan, one being the more popular Goku's son, and then on the other side Goku's adoptive grandpa. The anime was very popular in the Philippines in the 90s and early 2000s.
