EFIGS
Appearance
English
[edit]Proper noun
[edit]EFIGS
- Initialism of English, French, Italian, German, Spanish.
- 2016, Brian Provinciano, Porting Retro City Rampage to MS-DOS: From PS4 to 1.44MB Floppy, Game Developers Conference:
- Although the original game was EFIGS – English, French, Italian, Spanish, German – the game itself uses about twenty-three thousand words, which is a lot, and all localisations combined, uncompressed, were about nine hundred and fifty kilobytes, which is also a lot, and so I could have of course cut that up and paged in and paged out the localisations from the hard drive, but that still kind of didn't save me from the floppy disk, in trying to get it down to 1.44 megs, so I made it English only unfortunately.
