[edit]This is the short form of the full official name, which is: The United Townships of Dysart, Dudley, Harcourt, Guilford, Harburn, Bruton, Havelock, Eyre and Clyde. The main town of Haliburton is not included in the title. The short form of the name seems to be preferred by the municipality itself.
