Norwegian Bokmål
[edit]Pronoun
[edit]Usage notes
[edit]This is how, according to official Norwegian sources, the king and queen are to be addressed. However, there also exists a tradition, and some conflicting guidelines, that the third person forms should or may also be used, i.e. Hans Majestet (His Majesty) and Hennes Majestet (Her Majesty).
