    現時香港或星馬的肉骨茶的食法也不是最古老傳統的了。其實肉骨茶最原始叫法是「白GOOD 湯」，廣東話即是「肉骨湯」。後來變了「茶」的原因是華人習慣享用完畢後都會飲一杯濃茶一祛排骨的肥膩感，久而久之就變了「白GOOD 嗲」了。
