Usage notes
[edit]Roe v. Wade was overturned in 2022 under Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization in a 5-4 decision to overturn Roe (the remainder of the case was won on a 6-3 basis). That overturning of Roe also invalidated Planned Parenthood v. Casey, and called into question the right to privacy.
