      No signposts point the way to Baledgarno, set in the rich arable lands of the Carse of Gowrie. The secluded and immaculately kept village is on private property - that of the 12th Lord Kinnaird - and five terraces of red-sandstone cottages are set around the entrance of his lordship's home, Rossie Priory.
