- Posture the nondominant hand in the “B” handshape in front of and beside the trunk, nondominant palm facing down. Posture the dominant hand in the “B” handshape in front of and beside the trunk, dominant palm facing down.
- Swing both hands repeatedly from side to side in valley-shaped arcs, each hand moving simultaneously with the other hand toward each side.
