Czech orthography

Is the Czech orthographic order correct here? Until this change, the diacritic characters were in sequence with their un-accented forms. I don't see any discussion about the sequence. --jpgordon^{𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇} 17:22, 22 July 2023 (UTC)
