- I don't speak Finnish so this is as good as a wild guess but...I notice that most if not all the other forms with a /k/ sound (at least I think that would be correct IPA) before an "ei" vowel cluster has a "kk" rather than "k", so my (uneducated) guess is that's something to do with it. The rule says that instructive should have the same grade as genitive singular, ei has nothing to do with it, hence nukein. Anyway, check it on the Finnish Wiktionary: http://fi.wiktionary.org/wiki/nukke
