ando

  1. forms the continuous aspect of verbs

Usage notes

[edit]
  • This verb is used to form the continuous aspect of verbs. The verb ando is placed before the verb it modifies. For example, in the sentence mi showxa (I speak), ando would be placed before the verb showxa (to speak), forming the sentence mi ando showxa (I am speaking). In case auxiliary verbs denoting grammatical tense occur (specifically, ta and gonya), ando is placed after them, e.g. mi ta ando showya (I was speaking).
