  1. (informal) A suffix combined with a noun or surname to create a word for incest or an inappropriate relationship involving the referent(s).
  2. (informal, humorous) A suffix for relationships between participants in the same (usually close-knit) activity (see castcest, classcest, clubcest, coursecest, friendcest, teamcest, workcest) or residents of the same complex (see dormcest, floorcest, hallcest, housecest).
